Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious rooms that are perfect for families, but the limited dining options and rude service were disappointing. The location was fantastic for exploring the town, and the dining experience was satisfactory with local and international dishes. Facilities were well-maintained, but certain services fell short in catering to guests.
I had a nice view from my room, and it was clean, but the bathroom was so small. Throughout my holiday, there were some very strange smells coming from the bathroom that were not very pleasant. I heard other guests had similar issues in their rooms, so I decided to leave. I had to ask for tea, coffee to be replenished, and for sheets to be changed, which the customer service team dealt with while I was on holiday. Thank goodness for the customer service team because explaining everything was tiresome. On the positive side, the animation team, especially Yaya, Alexandra, and others, were so friendly and even arranged a night in a disco with a sea view, which was amazing. The overall atmosphere was quite relaxed.
My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The dining room was not very modern and felt small for my family of four. I was hoping for a bigger room, but unfortunately, it didn't happen. The room seemed tired and needed some attention as we noticed dampness under the air conditioning causing the plaster to come away.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms had a nice view and were clean, but the bathroom was too small, and there were some strange smells during my holiday. The panoramic sea views were a highlight, but I had to request tea, coffee replenishment, and sheet changes, which the customer service handled well.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though nicely furnished, were not very spacious and the beds were uncomfortably hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. However, the cleanliness was commendable. The hotel is prone to flooding in heavy rain. The service was a mixed bag with friendly interactions but occasional grumpiness. The location, a safe site near Kusadasi, offers beautiful views and is just a short bus ride away from the city. The dining mainly consisted of turkey dishes, and the facilities were adequate.
My stay at Tusan Beach was a mixed experience. The rooms were exactly as shown in the brochure, spacious, and nicely furnished, but I had to use the showers at the spa since the room showers didn't have doors. The service was friendly in some areas, but there were issues like limited food options and maintenance issues with the room doors. The location was brilliant for exploring the town and had a gorgeous view, although the overall experience didn't match up. The dining was plentiful but not exceptional, with limited choices. The facilities were average with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers clean and tidy rooms, but with uncomfortable beds and small bathrooms. The service is friendly, but there are limitations on food options and catering. The location provides a great view but lacks in overall experience. The dining menu mainly focuses on turkey dishes. The facilities are varied with multiple pools available.
The hotel offers a private long beach and a lavish buffet. The rooms were spacious but not as big as expected. The dining room had impressive decor with light boxes, though not fully wired in.
My stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The rooms were fantastic, close to both the pool and the beach, making it convenient to enjoy the lovely surroundings without having to dress up all the time. While it would have been nice to have a clearer dress code, it didn't overshadow the great experience overall.
The hotel offers a mix of experiences with clean and cozy rooms but misses out on the dining quality. The service is friendly and accommodating, and the location provides both scenic views and access to the city center.
The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, but the mattresses are hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The hotel offers colorful water playgrounds, a private long beach, and a lavish buffet, which is a nice touch.
My stay at this hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms, albeit in need of some maintenance, were clean and tidy though the beds were uncomfortably hard. The service staff, especially the young girls, were always friendly and attentive. The location, while offering a stunning view, fell short in overall experience. The dining options were decent but limited. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were adequate for a pleasant stay.
The hotel offers a vibrant combination of facilities right outside the hotel, from pools and colorful water playgrounds to a private long beach. The lavish buffet and bed rooms were exactly as shown in the Tusan Beach brochure.
The hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms are cozy but might feel a bit small, and the dress code could add to the charm during meals. The sea view is a highlight, but improvements can be made to the room size. The staff is uber-friendly and hard-working, making sure you're well taken care of. The location is excellent for exploring town, but cleanliness in the area could be better. The dining experience is extensive but noisy at times. Overall, good value for what you get.
The hotel offers stunning sea views from the top floor rooms, although the mattresses are uncomfortably hard. The service is overall good, with some inconsistencies in drink offerings. The location is superb, close to the city center and with easy access to attractions. The dining options are nice but somewhat repetitive. The facilities are well-kept and modern.
